The RIDD Way
For homeowners who'd rather not think about pests.
RIDD serves homeowners and renters in metro Detroit, central Arkansas, and southwest Missouri who already run their own household services. The customer who books with us has a plan for the lawn, a plan for the HVAC, and is finally tired of the pest company that shows up once and never returns the call.
Spray the eaves. Walk you through it. Book the next visit.
On a typical service, the technician treats the full exterior, including the eaves where wasps, spiders, and ants come in from above. They leave a record of what was applied and where, and confirm the next visit before they leave. Routes are designed for repeat visits, so the technician at your door has been there before.
Premium standard, no corporate posture.
Every plan includes free re-services between visits. If pests come back, we come back. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is the floor, not the headline. RIDD runs as a recurring route, not a sales pipeline.
How we work
01
Most companies treat the lower perimeter and stop. RIDD treats the full exterior, including the eaves where wasps, spiders, and ants get in from above.
02
EPA-registered treatments. We walk you through what is being used and where, before any spray hits a wall.
03
One treatment does not hold. Quarterly and bi-monthly schedules stay ahead of pest cycles, with free re-services any time pests show up between visits.
04
We aim to send the same technician on your repeat visits, so your service history does not reset each time.
Licenses & credentials
Verifiable affiliations, license numbers, and industry rankings. The receipts a skeptical homeowner is looking for.
