A general pest control plan covers the common household pests in the Detroit area. Pest-specific treatments for mosquitoes, rodents, German roaches, moles, and carpenter bees are available as standalone or bundled services.

Questions about general pest control
How often should I get pest control?
Most homes do well on quarterly service: four visits per year, one every three months. Homes with active infestations, older construction, or higher pest pressure (wooded lots, standing water nearby, basement moisture) usually do better on bi-monthly service, which adds two more visits per year. Both plans include free re-treatments if pests return between scheduled visits.
Do I need to be home when you treat?
For exterior-only visits, no. For interior treatments, we need access. We'll confirm what's needed when you book.
Is the treatment safe for kids and dogs?
The products we use are EPA-registered for residential use. Keep kids and pets out of treated areas until the product dries, typically 30 to 60 minutes. We'll tell you exactly what was applied.
What if pests come back after treatment?
Call us and we'll schedule a free re-service. No conditions, no charge.
Why is quarterly service enough for most homes?
Most pest populations cycle seasonally. Quarterly visits are timed to hit pest activity before it builds: spring emergence, summer peak, fall migration indoors, winter prevention. Homes with older construction, wooded lots, or standing water nearby may benefit from bi-monthly.
