What's the difference between quarterly and bi-monthly pest control?
Quarterly service (Pest 4) schedules four visits per year, one every three months. Bi-monthly service (Pest 6) schedules six visits per year, every two months. Bi-monthly coverage is tighter and better suited for homes with active infestations, older construction, or higher pest pressure: wooded lots, standing water nearby, or basement moisture issues.
Do you offer commercial pest control?
Yes. Commercial pricing is quoted based on your property and situation; we don't publish a rate sheet for commercial accounts. Call us to discuss.
How much does pest control cost?
Plans start at $49 per month for quarterly service. Bi-monthly starts at $69 per month. RIDD Package 4, which bundles pest, rodent, and mosquito control, starts at $89 per month. Pricing is the same across our entire service area.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
We come back and re-treat at no charge. The 100% satisfaction guarantee covers re-services between scheduled visits. Call us and we'll get it scheduled.
